Rag Purse

Here is my 1st attempt at a Rag Purse using the big shot with the scallop die cut. Let me know what you think.. This purse is so easy to make. The colors in the bag are Purple and Pink.

Stampin UP! has TWO new mini catalogs that came out on Jan 5th.. I can't wait to show you what is in them. The first catalog is the Occasions Mini Catalog January 5th to April 30th. My Story--

It has been awhile since I posted anything, so today I decided to share "MY" story of how I became involved with Stampin' UP!.

I was introduced to stamping and card making about 18yrs ago in Italy, on a military base. I would mainly do heat emboss, I thought that was the easiest thing to do. From 1991 til 2001, I would stamp, and make cards off and on. In 2001 I was introduced to Stampin' UP! by my neighbor. I loved the products, the paper and ink matched, which I thought was great and still do. In 2008 I decided I would become a Stampin' UP! demonstrator, I was using all their products for my cards why not get it for a discount and I knew I was going to need something else to do with my time since my daughter was graduating in 2009. So, you can join me and make money with Stampin' UP! and get their great products at a discount.

Hello everyone,

Sorry I haven't posted lately. Had a few vacations and surgery on my shoulder. Enjoyed the vacations, saw family and friends.

The shoulder is doing well. Start physical therapy on it this week. I hope to have a card posted later today.

Downline Meeting

May 21, 2009 we had our downline meeting it was a lot of fun. For our swap this meeting we were suppose to do a technique. I decided to do the Frosted filter (Tye Dye filter), I found the directions on splitcoaststampers.com by Erika Martin. The stamp set I used was Just Jawing. Hope you like the card I came up with.

This is one of the Thank You cards that I have come up with for my daughter to use. I used the Oval All set (113790 $16.95) and the new Scallop Oval Punch (114889 $15.95) from the Mini Occasions Catalog. It doesn't come up in the scan but I also used the Big Shot texture plate Eyelet. The butterfly is from The God's Beauty Level one hostess set. The butterfly is stamped in Pretty in Pink then embossed with clear embossing powder.
